The Vocational Rehabilitation Association welcomes you to our 1st webinar for November 2018. We are pleased to have Sue Godby (Director of Ergocom: Occupational Therapist & a VRA Trustee) & Jane Viljoen (founder of Best Hopes Coaching: Psychologist & Coach) presenting this session. These VR professionals have teamed up to explore and develop different approaches to supporting people back to work and into alternative careers after illness or injury. They have been applying these approaches in their vocational rehabilitation practice and will share the background to this, principles of coaching. They will use case examples to describe how they apply different approaches to supporting individuals back into alternative employment, thus enhancing their chances of a successful and speedier return to work.
