Affinity Health at Work is a consultancy and research group.  We work in partnership with organisations and policymakers in their design and delivery of workplace health and wellbeing solutions. Using a bespoke evidence-driven approach our team develop wellbeing strategies; conduct risk assessments and wellbeing audits; design, deliver and evaluate training and behaviour change interventions; and create guidance material and toolkits for employees and managers.



Alex Freeman RGN, DPSN, CDMP of Absence Management Solutions has worked in Income Protection for over 20 years in Nurse Specialist and Vocational Rehabilitation roles. She now works independently with Individual and Group providers undertaking claims visits and providing return to work case management. Alex provides training on all aspects of absence management, manager training on mental health in the workplace and is a mental health first aid trainer.



Best known for general insurance, we also offer income protection – covering a portion of someone’s salary if unable to work due to illness or injury and assist our customers throughout their recovery. Guided by our VR Team, using a biopsychosocial philosophy, providing practical advice, emotional support and access to specialist input from our rehabilitation partner network, helping people make a safe, timely, and durable return to work.



Beyond Autism logo At BeyondAutism we have recently appointed a Specialist Vocational Advisor to help drive our Employment Project. We believe that everyone should have access to employment in the widest sense of the word. Employment access could be as broad as participating in a meaningful activity. Our Employment Project includes internships, delivering training to employers, and developing a toolkit for individuals, families and employers.



Medicess are an independent, doctor led rehabilitation provider that specialises in the case management of complex cases and serious personal injury, offered according to the NICE guidelines on Trauma Management. Our in-house case managers are all clinicians (including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Nurses) that work collectively in a multidisciplinary team to provide ongoing, accurate and clinically excellent rehabilitation, including setting and achieving return to work goals. We offer a full range of rehabilitation services to include, doctor led multidisciplinary case management, initial needs assessments (INA), vocational and return to work (RTW) programmes.

The Condition Management Programme (Northern Ireland) helps people manage their health condition to allow them to progress towards, move into and stay in employment.
The CMP is a free, voluntary, work-focused programme facilitated by healthcare professionals, such as Occupational Therapists, Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, Physiotherapists and Mental Health Nurses.

Connect4Work provides consultancy services offering customized workplace solutions focussing on attendance and ability to increase employee retention and reduce absenteeism through safe, timely and sustainable stay-at-work / return-to-work planning.  Working in partnership with organisations, we take a collaborative approach to our case management, requiring input from both employer and employee into the stay-at-work and return-to-work plans.

Ergocom provides independent assessments and successful return to work programmes for insurers, employers, and case managers.  Our highly skilled and experienced team of multidisciplinary health professionals cover the UK and Ireland. We specialise in complex cases, understanding every case is different.  Our knowledge and expertise, paired with our highly refined process, ensures you get the perfect combination of services.  We also utilise these skills to train and support experienced Vocational Rehabilitation practitioners wanting to expand their skills base and offer additional services, as well as practitioners who are new Vocational Rehabilitation.



Everyday Living Therapy We are a Specialist Occupational Therapy practice with many years of experience providing specialist vocational rehabilitation to individuals with acquired brain injury, and other disabling conditions. Healthywork Ltd provide Occupational Health Services & Vocational Rehabilitation. Established in 2001 by Alison Biggs, Occupational Therapist. We deliver services to employers, insurers, case managers, HR and OH companies.

Krysalis Logo Since 2006 Krysalis Consultancy has been an expert provider of specialist neurological vocational rehabilitation services.
