This is a recording of our July 2021 webinar in which John Grafton gave us an insight into his experience both from the perspective of a professional working with people with autism and an autistic person. having been diagnosed 6 years ago at the age of 58.

After his diagnosis he spent two years adjusting to the idea; going through his life re-looking at all his life events and reviewing which had been influenced by his autism and found it answered many questions.

John’s professional experience includes training in general nursing, as an RMN, in psychodrama and counselling. He has direct experience of working with people on the ‘spectrum’ as a counsellor / therapist and in group settings, as well as many personal friends.
