We will discuss the impact that this is having on vulnerable clients and how we are seeing an increase in safeguarding because of this. We will look at the support we are providing because of this and explore further areas of development. Following the spring budget from the government we will also look at what support is being offered to people to help them get back into work and remain in work.

I am an Occupational Therapist and have worked in the Welfare to Work industry for 12 years. Initially as a mental health advisor then now as a Health Advisor working with all health and wellbeing barriers participants are experiencing. I work with them collaboratively to explore how to overcome these barriers and better manage their health with a view of going into work and sustaining employment
