The Vocational Rehabilitation Association (VRA) Awards celebrate the individuals, projects and innovations that exemplify excellence in vocational rehabilitation across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
The awards recognise the outstanding work taking place every day to enable people to remain in, return to, or reach work, while showcasing the collaboration, innovation and multidisciplinary practice that sit at the heart of vocational rehabilitation.
Whether you are recognising an inspiring colleague, celebrating an innovative project, or sharing an outstanding case study, the VRA Awards provide an opportunity to recognise excellence and share good practice across our profession.

Awards Ceremony - 3 December 2026
The 2026 VRA Awards Ceremony will take place on Thursday 3 December 2026, from 1:00pm–5:00pm, at the House of Commons.
Hosted in one of the UK’s most iconic and historic venues, the ceremony will bring together finalists and invited guests to celebrate excellence across the vocational rehabilitation community.
Guests can look forward to:
· Afternoon Tea
· A prestigious awards ceremony
· Recognition of outstanding vocational rehabilitation practice
· An opportunity to celebrate the profession and those making a difference across the UK and Ireland
Attendance is by invitation, with shortlisted finalists receiving priority invitations.
Before submitting your nomination, please download and read the Awards Guidance.
You can nominate yourself, a colleague, a project or a service, depending on the award category.
Please ensure that your nomination is evidence-based and clearly demonstrates the impact of the work being recognised.
