Helen Valls-Russell is an Occupational Therapist with many years of experience in vocational rehabilitation and is now Director at Ergocom. Ergocom provides independent and specialist assessments, along with successful return to work programmes for insurers, employers, and case managers. Claire Morris is a Nurse, also with many years of experience in Vocational Rehabilitation, and is now in independent practice providing a range of vocational rehab services. They recently delivered their new VR Practitioner Training which received fantastic feedback and which included guidance for working as an independent practitioner.
