Claire Twomey is a multi‑award‑winning founder, Professional ADHD Coach, International Speaker, Trainer and Facilitator. She established ADHD Connections in 2020 following her own diagnosis in 2015 and a transformative coaching experience. Beginning her formal training in 2019, she has since become Ireland’s first ADHD Coach with four industry‑recognised accreditations.
Her work focuses on supporting professionals and organisations to develop neuroaffirming practices for ADHD inclusion in the workplace through advocacy, education and culture change. In January 2025, Claire launched Ireland’s first dedicated ADHD coaching platform, offering coaching for individuals of all ages, a community hub, workshops, extensive resources, and an access programme providing funded coaching spaces for those facing financial barriers.
