Are you a registered nurse or HCPC registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Psychologist?
Do you enjoy making a difference to people's lives by improving their function day to day and helping them return to or stay in work?
Are you looking to develop your skills in health behaviour change with individuals who have long-term conditions including cancer? Would you like to work in an award-winning team in the field of vocational rehabilitation?
We are looking for suitably qualified clinicians with experience working with people with long term conditions such as cancer, persistent pain, chronic fatigue and mental health problems. Previous experience with psychological aspects of care and knowledge of biopsychosocial model is essential combined with a compassionate approach and able to work in a remote based team. Experience or interest in work as an outcome is desirable.
As a Vocational Rehabilitation Coach, you will:
- Carry out comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
- Deliver structured, goal focused rehabilitation support for patients to facilitate a return to work when ready or to enable individuals to stay at work.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and participate in training and supervision relevant to the case load.
- Work with clients with pain, cancer, mental ill health, chronic fatigue, long covid and other long-term conditions.

MAT Cover: Illuminate are looking to expand their network of VRCs as we look to grow our client-base in Coventry and Warwickshire. We currently do not have regular referrals coming in, however the Director is going on maternity leave from July 2024 until April 2025 and so will have limited availability.
