Bush & Co is the largest and fastest growing provider of case management, rehabilitation and expert witness services in the UK. For over 30 years we have provided a service to injured people, to solicitors and to insurance companies. We specialise in catastrophic and serious injury cases.
Due to continued growth within our vocational service we’re looking for a vocational professional with an extensive background in working with clients who have sustained a catastrophic injury such as acquired brain injury, birth injury or spinal cord injury.
The Vocational Case Manager will assess, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate vocational rehabilitation programmes. They work in a client centred way agreeing SMART goals and use creativity, initiative and problem-solving skills to meet a client’s individual vocational needs. The role is varied, challenging and very rewarding.
For those clients actively involved in litigation the vocational case manager will be working with the legal team and the insurers involved as well as a wide range of service providers and may include a clinical case manager.

We require a minimum of 7 years’ experience working as a vocational professional within a charity, statutory services, the military or private sector along with extensive experience of working with clients who have sustained a brain injury, birth injury or spinal cord injury is essential. Experience of report writing is also essential and the ability to undertake a full range of vocational assessments is highly desirable.
