Salary: £41k - £45k - dependant on experience & location (pro rata for part time)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – PART TIME HOURS ALSO AVAILABLE (minimum 22.5 hours per week)

We are looking for Rehabilitation Field Case Managers, with a background in Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Physiotherapy, UK wide, to join our Industry Leading Team. We are an award-winning provider of rehabilitation, supporting individuals who have been injured at work or in an accident to return to function and work. We are dedicated to providing an evidence-based service of the highest clinical quality.

You will carry out immediate needs assessments and proactively case manage clients who often face life-changing injuries. Using your excellent communication skills, you will support your clients to identify and achieve their full potential, and provide goal-focused rehabilitation with the aim of facilitating a return to work or function.
