About You:
We are looking for a HCPC registered occupational therapist/physiotherapist or NMC registered nurse with a proven clinical background in amputations, spinal cord injury or acquired brain injury (ABI).
Rehabilitation case management experience is desirable but not essential as full training can be provided.
This role includes an element of customer facing work so experience and knowledge of the London personal injury/clinical negligence market would be an advantage.
You will need to be innovative, flexible, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team and align with our company values.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our innovative London Team, dedicated to working with the London personal injury/clinical negligence market.
The role will allow you to utilise your clinical skills and experience in a commercial environment to help clients within complex injuries and health conditions to optimise their recovery and reach their clinical and vocational rehabilitation goals.
The standard rehabilitation case management duties are shown below, although our new model includes a greater degree of inter-disciplinary working on cases:
- Assessing their needs on an ongoing basis.
- Devising and implementing goal-focussed rehabilitation programmes.
- Facilitating return to work and/or education.
- Collaborating with family members and other inter-disciplinary professionals.
- Communicating regularly with external stakeholders e.g. solicitors, insurers and employers.
This is a home working role, although with this role there is an expectation that you will have a presence in our London City office at least 3 days per month. Regular travel to meet with clients, your team, customers and attend training events is required and a large part of the role. A valid driving licence is essential.
