About You:
We are looking for a HCPC registered MSK Physiotherapist who has at least 3 years’ post-qualification clinical experience and preferably experience delivering treatment remotely.
Experience of completing reports is desirable but not essential as full training can be provided.
You will need to be innovative, flexible, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team and align with our company values.
The Role:
The Service Lead role is an exciting opportunity to utilise your assessment skills, clinical skills and experience in a commercial environment to help clients with physical injury to reach maximum recovery and return to function.
The role involves:
· Review of the outcome of Digital Triage assessments to ensure the service user is referred into the correct treatment pathway.
· Undertake triage assessments by telephone and complete comprehensive reports with recommendations for physical and psychological treatment, as indicated.
· Manage your own caseload by undertaking physiotherapy assessments and treatment sessions on a remote basis.
· Provide clinical support to the team to address queries related to physiotherapy treatment on cases.
· Undertake administration tasks to ensure proactive management of cases with a focus on achieving excellent outcomes within our customer’s SLAs.
· Participate in the development of projects and services, to meet the ongoing needs of our customers and the organisation.
The role will be home based with regular visits to our Hamilton office. The Resolve Team meet frequently (both virtually and in person) and attend regular training events.
