Employment Opportunity for Qualified Trainers – Neurodiversity Strategy Coach.
Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity for an ExperiencedTrainer or Neurodiversity Strategy Coach to join a well-established, energetic and expanding company providing high-quality workplace needs support to individuals with different and sometimes complex needs.

The company are looking for a Self-Employed, home-based coach/teacher based in the South East and South West of England to join a team of freelance coaches delevering very high quality coping strategy training to adults with neurodiverse conditions and other disabilities or long term health conditions at work.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of ILM Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring or equivalent, a minimum of two years’ experience of coaching, managing or working with adults with neurodiverse conditions and mental health problems and a current Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.
