Are you looking to develop your skills in health behaviour change with individuals who have long-term conditions including long covid? Would you like to work in an award-winning team in the field of vocational rehabilitation?

Working from home, this role would involve clinical work and involvement in a key part of the W2W business, depending on your expertise.  This could include quality assurance, resource development, training, research etc.

We are looking for suitably qualified clinicians with experience working with people with long term conditions such as cancer, persistent pain, chronic fatigue and mental health problems. Previous experience with psychological aspects of care and knowledge of bio psycho social model is essential combined with a compassionate approach and able to work in a remote based team. Experience or interest in work as an outcome is desirable.

Role:

  • To carry out biopsychosocial assessments and rehabilitation support for patients to facilitate a return to work when ready or to enable individuals to stay at work.
  • To work as part of a multidisciplinary team and participate in training and supervision relevant to the case load.
  • To work with clients with pain, cancer, mental ill health, chronic fatigue, long covid and other long term conditions.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary:

£31,000 to £37,000 pro rata for – OTs, Physiotherapists, Psychologists

£38,000 to £44,000 pro rata potentially for Psychologist role depending on experience

  • Monday to Friday, No Weekends or evenings, Flexible hours
