Views of claimants: qualitative findings of the Dame Carol Black review
This research report was carried out by the National Centre for Social Research on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions. Key findings of this report revealed that there was a need for more integration between welfare-to-work provision, i.e. Jobcentre Plus and other services including health, and the availability of staff who could respond to claimants’ complex health needs.
