She has over 18 years of experience in supporting individuals in returning to suitable employment after a period of illness or injury. She uses a Biopsychosocial approach to fully understand the individual’s medical, psychological, social, and work aspects, to identify suitable options guiding a safe and sustained return-to-work. Monica holds a Degree in Psychology and an MSc in Health Psychology from the University of West London. She is a Trustee of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association.
