In this webinar, VRA Trustee and Business Psychologist, Alan Bradshaw, will discuss a methodology and set of tools he developed to help managers better manage stress and mental health risks with teams or individuals. These tools can be used proactively to prevent stress, or reactively when managers have a concern about mental wellbeing in a team member.
Alan will look at how these tools could be used or applied by VR Practitioners. Of course, Covid has had a major impact on both work and wellbeing, so Alan will also discuss the use of such tools in context of hybrid and home-working, where employees are managed remotely much of the time. There will be a presentation, but plenty of time too for questions and discussion.
