There is no doubt that living and working through a pandemic has changed the landscape of rehabilitation and vocational support, but when is the right time to stop reflecting and start using the way we adapted for a time, to improve the future of people requiring vocational rehabilitation? Bush & Co feel the time is now and will showcase a birds eye view of how vocational rehabilitation clients of the future will be the ones to benefit from our learnings and new perspectives.

Stuart Berry has worked in the rehabilitation sector for over nine years in roles including vocational rehabilitation consultant with Remploy and clinical and vocational case manager with a number of rehabilitation providers. Stuart is a Sports Scientist and as a vocational manager himself worked with clients following major trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation and those with mental health conditions.  Stuart currently oversees a team of associate vocational case managers at Bush & Co working across the UK, each with a varied caseload. The team is well known for helping people following catastrophic injury overcome barriers and support them through education, training, work and meaningful activity.
