* Building routine, confidence, and momentum
* Managing physical activity alongside job search
* Practical strategies to support engagement and progress
* Goal setting and applying learning in a realistic way
This webinar may be particularly suitable for clients who:
* Are ready to begin moving towards work but need structured guidance
* Would benefit from a short, targeted intervention
* Do not require more intensive or complex support
The session is interactive and designed to be supportive and accessible, with follow-up resources provided.
