The estimated annual cost of mental health to UK employers is £33-42 billion due to both absenteeism and presenteeism. There are also significant effects on business results and productivity from employees who are not able to fully function at work due to their mental health. Add to that the estimated 300,000 people who leave work each year due to mental health issues and you see the impact mental health could be having on your business.Do you:
