A 1 or 2-day course aimed at enhancing skills in the delivery of Vocational Rehabilitation
Ergocom is delighted to offer an exciting training opportunity for both new and experienced Vocational Rehabilitation practitioners wanting to expand their skills base and offer additional services.
This one or two-day course will enhance your skills Vocational Rehabilitation delivery skills.
The course is specifically designed for healthcare professionals, case managers, and existing vocational rehabilitation practitioners who want to add to their practice.
Attendees can register for one or both days, depending on their CPD/ Training needs.
Day 1 is aimed at those who are new to vocational rehabilitation or new to independent practice. Topics include:
- Working as an independent practitioner
- Know your client
- Initial assessments and report writing
- Case management
- Return to work planning
Day 2 is aimed at existing practitioners and new practitioners, who want to expand their skills base to be able to offer additional services. Topics include:
- Vocational Redirection and TSA’s
- Worksite assessments
- Ergonomic assessments
- Functional Assessments/FCE’s – when and how to use and understand functional
assessments
Cost: £245 for the 1-day course; £440 for the 2-day course plus vat
10% discount for VRA members (1-day course £220.50; 2-day course £396.00)
