Jo Vallom-Smith is an occupational therapist who has specialised in the field of occupational health. Jo is the director of OTforOH, a specialist recruitment agency placing OTs in OH roles. Jo runs an informal networking group for OTs who work in occupational health. Jo is also on the national executive committee for the Royal College of Occupational Therapists, Specialist Section Work and is the Occupational Health lead.

Janet O’Neill (RN, Dip OH, MSc Workplace Health) is an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with 20 + years’ experience of working within an OH. Her roles have included operational management, clinical governance and training She is currently Deputy Head of the National School of Occupational Health
