‘Elevenses’ is a holistic interactive wellbeing webinar that will help you to switch your focus to the here and now. Find a break from the endless news cycles and social feeds and help set yourself up for a productive week while you continue to adapt to a new work environment and way of working. This digital event series can be experienced as standalone sessions; it’s also open to past attendees and newcomers alike.
This 10-week programme will focus on the Mind, Body and Work with each week having a specialist focus that joins the dots between them all. It will take 15 minutes of your time. We look forward to seeing you there.
About the hosts:
Dr Julie Denning is Managing Director of W2W which is a vocational and rehabilitation provider to the insurance market and employers. She is a Chartered Health Psychologist with over 17 years experience of working in the vocational rehabilitation sector and is a VRA Trustee. She has designed and delivered work focussed services to support people with long term conditions including, persistent pain, cancer, chronic conditions, Covid-19 Rehab and mental health to return to work when ready.
