The next VRA webinar will take place on 26th September, 2017 at 11:00am.  We are delighted that Matthew Hill will be presenting on ‘From Resistance to Fruitful Dialogue: Dealing with Difficult People’. Attendance is free but you must register for the event.

Matthew Hill

Matthew is a trainer, speaker, and coach working with groups and individuals, helping them improve team interactions, promote fruitful dialogue and increase productive outcomes in a safe, energetic and fun way.

With qualifications in Psychology, NLP, Training quality and Communication, his clients include the National Health Service – NHS, BAUN (The British Association of Urological Nurses), The London Medical Council, Facebook, Kimberly-Clark, Pfizer, Shire, Bayer, GSK and GE Medical.

His training courses include; Dealing with difficult people, Customer complaint handling, Conflict resolution, Team building, Communication skills for professionals, Improving presentation skills, Influencing without authority and Improving negotiation skills.

He has written the staff self-leadership book, “Learn How to LEAD; Believe, Behave & Become” and recorded a 5 CD box set on negotiation, “Get More from More; Negotiate to the MAX”, as well as recording many DVD’s on leadership development, team success, and communication.

He is a contributing author to Bloomsbury’s book on Negotiation, “How to Master Negotiation” published in October 2015.

In 2013 he was given the Crown Trainer of the Year Award and, in 2014, he was given a Lifetime Membership Award by SIETAR UK (The Society for Intercultural Training, Education and Research.)
